About the project...
We have prepared plans for a new, zero net energy home hidden in High Falls, New York. This home is designed for a 4 acre property just seven miles away from New Paltz.
In the house, we have included 3 bedrooms with 2.5 bathrooms, plus a recreation room in the basement that walks out into the yard. The kitchen, dining and living rooms all face west, capturing most of the sun in the afternoon.
