Project Summary

This 21,000 sq. ft. building is located on Jefferson Street in Monticello, NY. It has a classic, professional appearance.  Cladding materials were selected to ensure the sustainable durability of the building. The first floor is rented exclusively to medical professionals. Jefferson Professional Plaza was named “Best New Commercial Construction” category at the 2005 Sullivan Showcase Awards, in Sullivan County, NY.  A Liebman Alfandre Architecture project.
