- Recognized by New York Department of State, as part of Governor Andrew M Cuomo’s initiative to make local governments in the State more efficient and merge critical services and pass cost savings to taxpayers.
- First shared town hall in New York State.
The re-development of a former elementary school to accommodate the combined relocation of the municipal facilities for the Town of Rosendale and the Town of Marbletown. Renovations included ADA compliant upgrades, spatial layouts for supervisor, town clerk, planning/zoning departments, building departments, assessor, tax collector, bookkeeper, highway department, water & sewer department, police department, shared court room and meeting spaces. This facility also includes the offices of the Arc of Ulster-Greene.
