Project Summary

Alfandre Architecture renovated an existing loading dock and security area into a new, ground floor welcome center to better accommodate the guests and service entries with the least amount of conflict.  Our design included a new lobby space, reception, public restrooms and security details.  The exterior part of the entrance needed to be more prominent and welcoming, while also allowing the surrounding services to function separately.  We designed the new entry in such a way to maximize green building measures.  We also incorporated innovative design features including daylighting control and and enhanced indoor air quality, which always goes a long way towards improving productivity of the occupants.
