Project Summary

Nestled in the peaceful quiet of the Hudson Valley, Alfandre Architecture designed a new dormitory for the Marianist Brothers Founder's Hollow Retreat House.  Renovations were comprised of extending the kitchen, bathrooms, laundry room and new decks on the second floor.  The new addition included 12 dormitory bedrooms, a new chapel, toilet rooms, shower rooms, dining room, mechanical and storage rooms.  The addition was designed into the existing landscape and upgrades to the entirety of the site included improved landscaping, drainage and parking.
