Project Summary

The Hudson Valley Farm Hub is a non-profit center for resilient agriculture established to be a “resource for education, demonstration and research.”  We worked closely with the Farm Hub team to transform an existing, unused loading dock into a state-of-the-art packing facility.  The new space is now a bright, clean and well-insulated resource for washing, storing and packing vegetables.   It also houses multiple refrigerated storage rooms set at different temperatures and humidity levels.
